Hmmm... hypnosis.... Will Kate Middleton be bruck, bruck, brucking like a chicken soon?

Some people might be nervous of hypnosis, they might fear their own mind and worry they will be 'programmed' to act like a chicken.

Yet Kate is 'brave' enough to utilise this method of relaxation and positive thinking.

If Kate came to me and asked to be programmed to behave like a chicken, if she really wants it, she can have it.

Perhaps she would like to imagine that she is the magic hen from Jack and the Beanstalk? She may choose to visualise that she will lay a golden egg (the heir). She can develop that visualisation even further and imagine she lays that egg, with the comfort, smoothness and quiet confidence that hens lay eggs with every day.

What positive imagery for her mind to concentrate on. (better than fear and doubts - although her Hypnotherapist won't be ignoring those things, but acknowledging them and releasing/healing them).

And if she wants to have a giggle and some fun, she can even make some bruck, bruck, bruck sounds! Women who laugh and enjoy birth get more endorphins . Endorphins are great for higher energy and inner power, for being able to face challenges with strength and courage.

One thing is for sure, if she succeeds with her natural birth, her body will be so flooded with loving oxytocin that she will be as CLUCKY AS A HEN :)

And all chickens deserve clucky mums!

What do you think of hypnosis?

When will you get a coach to help you harness your amazing brain power?
